St. Petersburg Event Photographer: 20th Annual Fischer-Carr Memorial Birthday Bash


Twenty years is a big milestone, and the Fischer-Carr Memorial Birthday Bash marked the occasion in style with another unforgettable casino night at The Coliseum in downtown St. Petersburg.


A Milestone Year for a Great Cause


Since 2005, the Fischer-Carr Committee has raised over 1.3 million dollars, helping more than 400 students earn a Take Stock in Children scholarship for free college tuition. This year's gala, presented by the St. Petersburg Kiwanis Club in association with the Pinellas Education Foundation, celebrated two decades of that impact with a "Pot O' Gold" theme in honor of St. Patrick's Day.


Casino Games and a Gaming Palace at The Coliseum


The Coliseum was transformed into a full casino floor for the night, with guests trying their luck at the tables while a professional emcee, dealers, and pit bosses kept the games running smoothly for gambling novices and seasoned players alike. Winnings went toward opportunity tickets for prizes throughout the evening, with a live auction closing things out for the high value items.


Live Music and Las Vegas Showgirls


Between hands, guests enjoyed a live band, dinner from food stations set up around the venue, and photo opportunities with Las Vegas showgirls working the room all night. It's a party that never lets the energy dip, and this year's 20th anniversary celebration brought that same electric atmosphere.
